Throughout history, minorities across almost all societies have experienced some type of racial discrimination and social threats. While there has been some progress made on addressing these inequalities and discriminations, many of these issues still persist, with situational events sometimes flaring up such discriminatory practices. We examine conditions under which feelings of discrimination can make a consumer opt for human versus robot service providers.
